About the Role We're a commercial insurance agency in La Mesa, CA hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our tight-knit team. This is an in-office role (Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:00pm) with occasional hybrid (in-office/remote) flexibility after 1 year of employment. We’re not looking for someone to just "answer phones." We’re looking for someone who wants to grow and bring long-term value to our team and clients. This position is hourly with full benefits after 90 days and the opportunity to move into a licensed agent role earning commission after 2 years of employment. We are seeking experienced Digital Court Reporters to capture the verbatim record of legal proceedings with accuracy, professionalism, and reliability. This role involves both remote and in-person assignments, depending on client needs. We are looking for candidates that can work anywhere from a few jobs a month to 2-3 per week depending on their availability and location. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead the shipping and receiving team, including training, scheduling, and performance management. Oversee the receipt, inspection, storage, and distribution of goods. Ensure accurate and timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments. Maintain inventory accuracy and manage stock levels.
