Looking for a Front Desk Receptionist/Admin Assistant for a busy, local home improvement company. we are looking for the right candidate to join our team! Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills required. Reliable and long-term! Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8-430. No weekends! Google Docs and Sheets preferred but if not, Excel and Word are a must. Experience with QuickBooks a plus. Strong grammar and spelling skills important. Good memory and strong organizational skills will add to your success. Looking for someone eager to learn and okay working in a busy environment. Our work is carried out by employees, contractors, volunteers, workforce development students, and service program members. As a Program Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of this mission—helping us coordinate, track, and expand our impact so that we can serve even more people in need.
