The ideal candidate will have experience working with both stabilized and de-stabilized leases and will play a key role in ensuring smooth lease operations and tenant communication. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: • Manage lease documentation for both stabilized and de-stabilized units. • Maintain accurate records of all leases and tenant communications. • Track lease expirations and proactively follow up with tenants for renewals or updates. • Coordinate with tenants regarding lease status, renewals, and compliance issues. • Support property management team with leasing-related administrative tasks. ________________________________________ Qualifications: • Prior experience in property management or lease administration preferred. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Excellent communication and follow-up abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Familiarity with rent-stabilization regulations a plus
