This position reports to the medical operations manager and focuses on successful day-to-day operations.\r\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: \r\n· Responsible for clinic performance towards specified metrics and checklists\r\n· Responsible for maintaining the office at the highest standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and customer support\r\n· Performs direct clinical and occupational work \r\n· Ensures that office procedures, protocols and healthcare compliance are performed consistently and on a regular basis.\r\n· Manages call backs and follow ups are done in a timely fashion\r\n· Delegates to staff and provider when necessary to ensure office is run efficiently and effectively\r\n· Oversees the billing process, weekly bank deposits, daily balancing, scanning/associating paperwork and monthly reporting. \r\n· Address patient issues or complaints promptly and effectively and follow-up with the patient to ensure patient satisfaction.\r\n· Process lab work and specimens accurately and report on the same in a timely manner.\r\n· Attend monthly meetings with corporate staff and facilitate communication by sharing all updates and changes learned from corporate with the branch through a regular monthly meeting. Develop and maintain methods of communication within the office to create a sense of “team” throughout the clinic. \r\n· Ensure all OSHA, Safety and Healthcare Practices and Protocols, State Medical regulations and HIPAA guidelines are maintained within the office.\r\n· Maintain office equipment (ie. Formfox, escreen, A1c machine, AEL, etc), ensure in good working order and all problems reported to the correct points of contact.\r\n· Order supplies and maintain inventory levels per supply management process\r\n· Oversees ProHealth Medical Membership (PMM) program at the office and ensure office goals are met.\r\n· Communicates and oversees promotional events at the office.\r\n· Ensures opening and closing procedures are completed\r\n· All other duties as assigned. \r\nSupervisory/Work Responsibilities: \r\nNo supervisory responsibilities\r\n\r\nPosition Type and Expected Work Hours: \r\nThis is a part-time position. The Facility Solutions Manager is responsible for the business operations of an assigned client contracted service area. This is an outside, B2B account management position that provides field support including – training, guidance with starting new clients, inspections of Contractor performance and compliance with client requirements, trouble-shooting customer requests/complaints, coordinating site visits, and developing long-term relationships with clients and Contractors. Additional responsibilities include negotiating contracts, procuring supplies from clients, and ensuring high client satisfaction.
What you will do...
Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships, including client retention, expansion, and diversification of City Wide building solutions and/or products.
Formulate and manage an effective service strategy and schedule tailored to each client.
Negotiate and enter into agreements with clients for additional services – determine pricing, staffing, and logistics.
Manage all Contractor relationships including – Interview and hire, negotiate pricing and other contract terms, manage agreements, develop service specifications, client compliance, verify Contractor compliance, and remove/replace Contractors as necessary.
Ensure a standard of excellence in quality and client satisfaction, through detailed quality control inspections of client sites and consistent follow through with all promises to clients.
Supervise and direct Night Managers; ensure the client’s strategy is executed and all services are performed correctly.
Promote the sale of, procure, and monitor supplies for clients.
Effectively communicate all client issues with Contractors and the Director of Operations (or owner); promptly address any client issues or problems that arise.
Use City Wide’s CRM to perform client inspections, adding extra charges, NM routing, etc.
Schedule each non-routine activity in client facilities using Outlook.
Update and keep current all Building Information Sheets (BIS), FSM Summary Sheets, and Exhibit A’s. Ensure MSDS sheets for each client serviced in janitor closets are complete, accurate, and that all items are properly labeled.
Notify Sales Executives of potential accounts in your territory, especially new construction.
Develop and implement a plan with the Director of Operations and the Night Managers to resolve any client complaints or deficiencies in service and actively monitor compliance.
Approve Night Managers and/or Service Representative's pay sheets; ensure accuracy.
Assist Accounting in collecting clients’ past due invoices and payment invoices for Contractors.
Maintain updated route sheets, key/alarm sheets, and monthly planner for each client.
Requirements
2+ years outside B2B account management experience, building maintenance or facility management preferred but not required.
2+ years track record of success in a client retention role, with goals and metrics to support.
Highly detail-oriented and excellent follow-through on commitments.
Positive and outgoing personality; great at building relationships.
Excellent verbal and strong written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of CRM database.
Ability to travel on a daily basis to client locations locally.

4. Marketing (10%)
Tradeshows – Attend and contribute to events focused on Federal/DOD/IC verticals as well as major industry trade shows.
End User Groups – Lead and support regional/national user groups to deepen customer engagement and insight
5. Administrative (10%)
CRM – Maintain disciplined, strategic, and timely CRM activity
Training and Product Knowledge – Continuously expand product and industry expertise through Genetec resources. Stay informed on market trends, competitive activities, and emerging technologies.
Internal Systems and Processes – Follow internal tools, processes, and HR systems required for the AE role
What makes you a great fit:
Bachelor’s degree in Business/Technology or equivalent industry experience in security/tech sales.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the security industry with a focus on VMS, access control, intrusion and related disciplines.
Proven track record of selling to federal government agencies, with experience navigating federal procurement processes.

Position Type and Expected Work Hours:
This is a part-time position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday 8am to 1pm but frequently require hours outside of these times as business and patient needs dictate.
Travel: Travel is localized to the Florida panhandle

No supervisory responsibilities.
Approachable nature with Administrative, Clinical Staff and outside business contacts.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Certified Phlebotomy Required and a high school diploma or its equivalent
Experience: Minimum of one year experience in a medical office setting.
Must be able to work outside of normal business hours of 8am to 4pm including hours between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
Must be US Citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the US.
Must possess the ability to multi-task.
Must possess basic computer skills. EMR experience a plus.
Must pass a background check
Must be able to obtain access to military bases.
Have a strong commitment to excellence in patient care.
Possess high ethical standards carrying out responsibilities with integrity, honesty and loyalty.
Must be a critical thinker and problem solver.
Excellent time management skills.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 20lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Position requires standing, walking and sitting at a desk for periods of time.
