Sublet living in Echo Park/Silverlake for ~08-12 Unfinished room with a large closet will be available Sept 12th with potential for earlier move in. Fully furnished kitchen, living room, and shared bathroom. Im 24, a smoker, and work 2 jobs. Can consider pets on a case by case basis! Street Parking available with no street cleaning or parking meters. The deposit will be $1000. The room will be $970 plus wifi and utilities. We pay for electricity, gas, and water. Queer and BIPOC friendly. The house is not wheelchair accessible :( Respect as roommates is very important to me. Keeping the common spaces clean, communication, and respecting boundaries are also top priority. Will be meeting with applicants to see if we both feel like this will be a good fit and we can ask each other questions, like a mutual interview!
