How Much? Primary bedroom with shared bathroom:$1030 plus $150 flat utilities fee, wifi, cleaning service to kitchen, bathrooms and public areas. Private bedroom with shared bathroom:$950 plus $150 flat utilities fee, wifi, cleaning service to kitchen, bathrooms and public areas.
