Hi, my roommate and I are looking for a short term roommate, with a potential of a long term situation if it works out. The house has 3 bedrooms, big backyard with fruit trees and fire pit, garage, and is close to 170 and grocery store options. House has AC but no washer and dryer, laundromat is 100 yards away. We already have a dog here, so not looking for someone with pets. We have a drive that can fit 2 cars, but ample street parking is available. I am M in my 30’s, I work in production and shoot video, mainly for live music and BTS. I like to bbq, golf, and play music. The other roommate is in his late 20’s and is a musician, he mainly keeps to himself. Ideally looking for someone who is chill, clean, and has reliable income. 950$ per month, plus utilities and internet, and 500$ deposit. Room is available now!
