One of my tenants / roommates is moving out end of June, and I'm looking for someone new to occupy the space! Myself and my other tenant are chill people, looking for someone equally chill to help fill the home! The bedroom is a great size with ample closet behind sliding mirror doors! We have a big kitchen / dining area, which is great for socializing, and gym equipment in the garage, available to all residents! Please NO couples or families! Looking for one person (male or female) to occupy the space, ideally between the ages of 23 and 35. Utilities are split evenly 3 ways. Small to Medium dogs will be considered.
