We are seeking an individual that demonstrates leadership and initiative as a truck driver and can take the necessary steps and precautionary measures as a vehicle operator. The company is a wood manufacturer that transports pallets throughout Southern California. The opening is for a Full-Time and/or Part-Time position. The individual must be detail-oriented, safety driven and demonstrate the drive to ensure all deliveries are completed in a timely manner and provide exceptional customer service on the road. Duties: Fully understand how to operate and safely drive your assigned delivery vehicle. Review daily deliveries and perform pre-trip & post-trip inspection. Strap down and secure load safely. Drive to various locations and review paperwork and receive customer payments if necessary. Communicate any mechanical issues/problems to supervisor. Consistently communicate with dispatch as needed during transit. Follow delivery schedule and break protocol designed by the company. Requirements: Class A Commercial Driver’s License ** Must have a Clean Driving Record** Requirement: 3+ years of professional driving Pay:$27.00-$31.00 (Based upon experience)
