Looking to hire someone for a one-day job to help with laying out a foundation using stakes and batter boards. 📍 Job Location: [Sherman Oaks, CA] 🛠 Job Description: Install stakes and batter boards per provided layout plans Set and level string lines to mark foundation corners Must be comfortable using a tape measure, level, and basic tools Job will take approximately 4–6 hours depending on skill and speed ✅ Requirements: Some layout or construction experience preferred Must be reliable and show up on time Bring your own basic hand tools (tape measure, hammer, level, etc.) Transportation to site required 💵 Pay: Flat rate: $250 for the day Paid in cash or Venmo/Zelle at the end of the job
