Port Dispatcher/Customer Service/ with experience, and bilingual both Spanish/Inglish IN TRUCKING INDUSTRY ONLY. Duties include, but not limited to: Receiving, reviewing delivery orders, reports and Availability import/export. Communicate with both internal and external customers. communicate with Drivers. Update customers with shipment status and update with spreadsheet reports. Qualifications: Full time positions only. dispatch for day shift, but we may need it to cover once in a while the second shift. must have at least 1 year experience. Able to maintain composure during difficult client/drivers interaction Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-up and the ability to multi-task Must have excellent communication skills, (telephone and e-mail), professionalism and poise Must be very proficient in computer navigation, multi-tasking and working with customers providing exceptional customer services as well as organization. Bilingual, Eng./Spanish Typing skills required, 35 wpm
