This position provides the unique ability to combine your creative flair and social media outreach skills to craft and manage custom opportunities for the premier Westside events center. We are a successful Westside events venue with ba rapidly expanding business. We require an outreach specialist to identify and engage potential prospects via social media. After the initial contact, the opportunity will be turned over to our Sales Director. The position does not require cold calling. The Marketing Outreach Specialist (MOS) generates all visual output and signage execution for our properties. They are responsible for designing, producing, integrating and managing outreach campaigns to completion. They work hand-in-hand with the Director of Sales and Marketing on monetizing the venue’s physical footprint through strategic signage, brand placements, and visual media. The MOS identifies and develops opportunities at the initial phase of the sales cycle via digital outreach. The primary focus will be identifying and engaging brand executives, event producers, and agency leads trough LinkedIn and other social media platforms. The objective is to identify prospects who will be “warm” leads for the sales team. Essential Skills: * Photoshop (minimum three years * Excellent social media skills with minimum three years client engagement experience * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Excellent communication skills * Proficiency in MS Office and Google Office * Team oriented This is an in office position.
