Our establishment is a quick-serve, hot table experience, similar to a cafeteria or buffet-style dining. The food is pre-prepared and available behind a glass display, allowing customers to choose their desired portions. REQUIREMENTS: • Background and Fingerprinting Required • Must have Serv Safe Food Protection Manager Certification for (Cook/Prep Cook) • Must have Food Handler Safety Training Card for (Server/Kitchen Helper) DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper handwashing techniques Clean up station and take care of leftover food Stock inventory appropriately Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces) Washing, drying, and putting away dishes, utensils, and cookware Monitor stock levels , restock as needed and ensure all dates are up to date Cleaning and sterilizing kitchen equipment, such as stoves and refrigerators Adhere to company policies and procedures Mopping and sweeping the kitchen Unloading food supplies from delivery trucks Prepare for meals by washing, cutting, peeling, and slicing ingredients Checking labels at all times Cooks prepare/bake pizza or burritos (SEASONAL) Full Time: Monday to Friday 6am-2pm Type of Employment: Contractor with 90 days Probation *1099 Payment *Direct Deposit or Zelle
