Someone that is familiar with the software Video IQ as well as Tube Buddy, Video short cuts, etc. Most of these video are involved with sports betting so knowledge of sports is a must ! This can be done remotely but prefer someone local so we can meet on strategy sessions.

Responsibilities Strategy & Leadership: · Develop strategic UX/UI vision while delivering practical design solutions that directly support business objectives and product goals · Lead design-thinking workshops to address complex user experience challenges. · Define and maintain design principles, guidelines, and patterns for consistency across all products. · Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to enhance team performance and collaboration. Research & Innovation: · Direct user research initiatives to identify user needs, behaviors, and market opportunities. · Translate insights from research into actionable design strategies and innovative solutions. · Stay updated on emerging design trends and technologies to suggest product improvements. · Develop forward-thinking design concepts that differentiate our products in the market · Establish UX metrics and frameworks to continuously evaluate and improve designs.
