We’re hiring a dependable Truck Driver / Construction Laborer to support our residential and commercial projects throughout the East Bay. About the Role This key position keeps our job sites running efficiently through daily deliveries, recycling, debris removal, jobsite and warehouse organization. You’ll coordinate with foremen and project managers to plan and bundle material runs, ensuring smooth operations across multiple job sites. Responsibilities Drive company Isuzu 12’ bed dump truck to 3–5 job sites and transfer station daily Pick up and deliver lumber, tools, and construction materials from suppliers and warehouses Load/unload materials and haul debris safely Organize and maintain jobsites and our warehouse spaces Communicate with job foremen to anticipate material needs and schedule deliveries efficiently Maintain truck, tools, and safety standards Qualifications Valid CA driver’s license & clean driving record Experience driving medium-duty or dump trucks Authorized to work in the US Knowledge of construction materials, methods, tools, and equipment Strong organization and time-management skills Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical labor Fluent in English; bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred Reliable, punctual, and professional Pay & Schedule $25.00 – $35.00 per hour, based on experience Benefits: medical, dental, vacation, sick, and 401k Full-time, steady work with a respected local firm Collaborative team environment To Apply: Email or text your experience, contact info please.
