What You’ll Do As a Repair Technician or Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations in our repair center while delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include: Customer Service & Communication Consult with potential repair clients in person, over the phone, and via email. Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the repair process. Review diagnostic results and provide repair quotes with suggestive sales. Repair Workflow Management Manage the intake and pickup of computers for repair. Delegate repairs to technicians and follow up on progress. Update LightSpeed with status changes, pricing, and repair notes. Inventory & Organization Order and manage repair parts, including weekly inventory counts. Organize and maintain the repair center, ensuring a clean and efficient workspace. Track shipments and manage RMAs and product returns. Leadership & Administration Provide diagnostic guidance to other technicians (ACMT). Monitor employee schedules and run payroll reports. Maintain appointment schedules and ensure smooth daily operations. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a candidate who’s not just skilled but also passionate about technology and helping others.
