Your Mission: As a Wheelchair Shift Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind a well-coordinated, high-performing team. Here’s how you’ll lead with purpose: Lead with Care: Oversee the daily operations and act as the go-to leader when supervisors are not present. You’ll set the tone and tempo of every shift. Operational Maestro: Manage flight handling logistics, oversee wheelchair operation, verify staff and schedules, and ensure equipment readiness so that every flight is on time and every standard is met. Brief & Debrief: Prep the team before the shift and close the loop after, ensuring key updates are shared and lessons are learned. People First: Be a supportive resource for agents, resolving conflicts, maintaining morale, and coaching for performance. Safety Guardian: Enforce safety policies, respond to incidents, and lead investigations when needed. Your leadership directly impacts our safety culture. What You Bring: At least 6 months of experience in a passenger service or customer-facing role Familiarity with airline policies, safety protocols, and flight handling procedures Ability to think on your feet, solve problems quickly, and make informed decisions A leadership mindset with a strong sense of accountability and support for your team Detail-oriented approach to managing tasks and maintaining quality standards Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Requirements Authorized to work in the U.S. Must pass a TSA background check (two forms of ID required) Reliable transportation to and from the airport Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 70 lbs Available to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, and weekends This position reports directly to the Account Managers. Pete's RV is looking for an experienced technician who is able to diagnose, inspect, adjust, repair, or overhaul (RVs) recreational vehicles including travel trailers. May specialize in maintaining gas, electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, or chassis/towing systems as well as repairing generators, appliances, and interior components. Responsibilities Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs RV systems.
