FedEx is merging companies and we can sure use your help. FedEx Ground and FedEx Express are becoming one in 2026. We are looking for reliable delivery drivers of small and medium size parcels. Job Overview *Full Time Shift- 40hrs. with plenty of over time. *Weekend warrior work also available!! Part time (Saturday and Sunday) *MUST Be available one day out of the weekend. *Use a supplied Scanner for proof of deliveries. *Deliveries will originate in Oceanside with our vehicles. *Driver will be supported by a turn by turn tablet, dispatcher and supervisor. Driver Qualifications *Must be 21 years of age. *Ontime, Reliable and Responsible. *Neat, clean appearance *Enthusiastic and Positive demeanor. *Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills. *Valid CA Drivers License *Must pass a PHYSICAL, DRUG TEST AND CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK. *Basic Computer Skills (ability to use a scanner, tablet to read schedules/clock in and out of work, maps and proof of deliveries) *Must be able to lift 25 lbs. *Must be able to run up and down stairs. Benefits *$23/hr. is the starting pay. After 6 months $24/hr. *Paid training, PTO (vacation), Sick Pay and Group health plan available.
