Customer Service/Print Specialist (Pittsboro, NC)

28 year established digital printing company is seeking an experienced Customer Service / Print Specialist for its new shop in Pittsboro, NC. The ideal candidate will have multi faceted print shop experience using professional Ricoh digital printing devices. This individual will be the only person at this new location, to start, but will work closely with various staff members in the other two locations. Candidate will have worked directly with customers to understand their print needs and will have familiarity with the PrintSmith operational software to create work orders. This individual will have working knowledge of Adobe software and have the ability to take customer's existing files, make minor edits and then print, bind and package small orders for customer pickup. Larger, more complicated work orders will be communicated to the other locations for their processing. A good understanding of various papers would also be helpful. Blueprint printing a plus. This position will report direct to the owner and be instrumental in the development of this new location.
