Ensure client retention through the execution of proven City Wide processes. Develop and execute strategic plans to hit growth targets for facilities maintenance solutions sales through both account managers and dedicated sales executives. Develop, grow and oversee our independent contractor base through recruitment, certification, relationship management, and compliance. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure world-class service delivery. Be a key member of the NC senior leadership team, reporting directly to the Regional GM/COO.   What We’re Looking For:   Passion to win! Strong commitment to excellence. Proven experience leading operations teams and processes.  Ideally, experience with route management. Experience with business development and driving sales results through a team (either leading a team of account managers with sales goals or a team of pure sales representatives). Possess project management skillset, with the aptitude for developing timelines, goals, processes, and tasks to achieve results through projects that advance our objectives. Ability to develop business plans for penetration of new territories and execute upon those plans. Ideally, has had P&L ownership experience. Ideally, has been with a growth-oriented business growing from $10M to $50M+. Ideally, has had experience working for a professional organization in the facilities or services industries.   Requirements 5+ years of experience in sales, account management and/or operations leadership positions (Director or above) Intelligent, driven, process oriented, embraces providing coaching and accountability, builds winning relationships. We WIN, so we only want leaders who are passionate to always improve and always WIN! Live in Raleigh/Durham area with ability to work out of our Morrisville office on a daily basis. Reliable transportation.  Travel within central and eastern NC, but very little overnight travel (generally just during annual conferences or out of area training opportunities). KEY ASPECTS OF THE ROLE: Reporting to the CEO, the Chief of Staff will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) for this fast-paced, innovative growth company.
