Requirements - Must possess an active and physical Maryland Guard Card at the time of interview. - Prior security experience is not required but welcomed. - Must be able to operate a smartphone to complete daily reports, communicate with management, and document incidents as needed. - Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills. - Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time. - Must remain calm and professional under pressure. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Capable of working independently and reliably. - Must pass a full background check and drug screening. - Must maintain a well-groomed, clean-cut appearance that reflects a professional image at all times while on duty.
