Are you passionate about in-home sales and helping others succeed? Do you get fired up when you close a deal—and even more fired up when you help someone else do the same? Joyce Sunrooms, Windows, and Baths is looking for a hands-on In-Home Field Trainer to train, coach, and develop new and entry-level sales reps who are just starting their in-home sales careers. This is not a behind-the-desk job. This is boots-on-the-ground, in-the-home, live-sales-training where you’ll lead by example. You’ll run appointments with trainees, demonstrate how to sell our top-tier residential remodeling solutions, and coach sales reps in real-time to build their confidence and results. What You’ll Be Doing: Train and coach new sales representatives directly in the field (inside customer homes). Run in-home appointments side-by-side with entry-level reps and first-timers in in-home sales. Model our proven sales process while giving live feedback and support. Help sales reps improve presentation, communication, and closing skills. Identify where individual reps need support and build them into strong closers. Be a motivator, mentor, and closer—leading by action, not just words. Who We’re Looking For: A top-tier in-home sales rep who loves to sell and loves to teach others to sell just as much. Must currently have (and maintain) a 45% or higher close rate in a B2C in-home sales environment. Someone who thrives on mentoring and takes pride in watching others succeed. Strong communicator and motivator with a knack for simplifying the sales process for beginners. Proven success in residential home improvement sales (windows, sunrooms, baths, roofing, or similar). Patient but performance-driven—you hold people accountable while helping them grow. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in in-home sales (home improvement industry preferred). Comfortable being on the road and in customers’ homes daily. Excellent people skills, both with homeowners and trainees. Must be able to demonstrate, train, and close effectively. 45%+ close rate required—no exceptions. Why Join Joyce?
