$750 / 2br - 650ft2 - Second Floor Home Rent (Woodstock)

I’m renting the second floor of my two story house. The second floor has two nice sized bedrooms. One measures about 12’ x 14’. The other measures about 12’ x 15’. There is also a bathroom with a shower and bath upstairs. Each room has a closet. You will have full use of the kitchen, washer, and dryer. This is a non smoking, non smoker house. No pets allowed. A small pet such as a bird or similar animal would be ok. This will be month to month with a $100 security deposit, and the first and last month must be paid up front. The rent will be $750.00 per month which includes all utilities. This is for one person. Upstairs is non-furnished except for a chair which I can move if needed. I have internet. No heavy drinkers or drug users. References and credit check required. Students, workers, male or female, and people with money that can pay the rent are welcome. Thanks, Marc
