Backyard has a tree which produces delicious oranges, lots of space to grow your own garden, patio furniture, BBQ grill and real grass. Free washer/dryer. Spacious home with a relaxed atmosphere. Plenty of street parking and storage space available. No pets, drugs, incense or smoking. There is a $200 security/cleaning deposit and first month rent to move in. Utilities are shared.
