$1,650 / 3br - Looking for 1 Roommate for 3 bed apartment int he Mission (mission district)

Hi!! Looking for a roommate preferably a female in mid to late 20s to move into our 3 bed apt. The room is unfurnished and available for move in now. Rent is $1650 with utilities usually being an extra $50 per month. The lease is month to month so short term applicants are ok! Security deposit is one month's rent. The apt is located two blocks up from beautiful Dolores Park. It comes with laundry, dishwasher, a porch, a massive basement, and huge backyard. The two roommates are Amanda and Amy. Both have full time jobs and work in the office. We are both social and like to host from time to time but also keep things respectful and quiet in the home! The apt also comes with a medium hair cat. We couldn't accept anymore pets at this time. Room is available now, and can do tours in person or via facetime.
