Hi, we have a bedroom that shares a bathroom down the hallway with one other tenant for rent within our family, owner-occupied home in Cupertino. We have been renting rooms to local professionals and students for a number of years this room is available starting July 720, 2025. The room is currently lightly furnished with a bed, side table, desk, chair, and a mini refrigerator. The rent includes all utilities, access to a shared kitchen area, access to high speed WIFI, access to television connection, etc. You will also have your own parking spot on the driveway (assuming your car is not leaking oil/fluids). The room is for single occupancy ONLY and rents on a month-to-month or term lease basis. Rent is ~$1350/month all bills/utilities inclusive depending on whether the agreement is month-to-month or a term-lease and whether or not you intend to work from home on a regular basis. There is also a $750 security deposit.
