This is a wonderful pair of JBL speakers from the early eighties that cost a little under $500 a pair back then. They feature solid construction with real oak veneer on all six sides not just the usual 4 sides. They feature the JBL 035ti titanium tweeters for clear wonderful highs and the woofers have butyl rubber surrounds so they do not deteriorate like foam surrounds. These are true bookshelf speakers measuring 18" x 9" x 9" so they will fit on just about any shelf and weigh in at 18lbs ea. You will not be disappointed with the full rich sound and surprising volume that these classic speakers produce.
