Responsibilities: - Securing and boarding up properties - Winterization services - Lock change and install doorknob (Experience with HUD keys and MFS supplies is preferred) - Lawn maintenance and debris removal. - Cleaning and repair work (as needed). - Interior Works - Roofing, Plumbing, Flooring, Carpentry - Providing detailed documentation with before/after photos. - Meeting strict deadlines and adhering to client guidelines. Requirements: - Must have reliable transportation - Own basic tools and equipment - Smartphone or digital camera for photo documentation. - Strong work ethic and attention to detail. - Experience in property preservation, construction, or maintenance preferred. - Ability to carry out tasks independently and efficiently.
