We’re seeking artists to join our community through room rentals at a unique, faith-based art studio. [ *** This is a workspace only -- not for residential use. ***] ABOUT THE SPACE The location is owned by UNCORKbuild, a non-profit prayer and meeting house with a strong community focus. Three private rooms are available for rent: Large Room (13’ x 13’ / 169 sq. ft.): $650/month Medium Room (13’ x 11’ / 143 sq. ft.): $550/month Small Room (11’ x 11’ / 121 sq. ft.): $450/month -- Shared Amenities Full kitchen, Dining room, Living room, Basement Common areas may also be reserved for gatherings but are generally open for use.
