The community is just a block off the 101, making it quick to access all parts of SLO! The home is fully furnished and has a 2-car garage and private patio and yard. The home is ideal for a family or a group of academically-focused college students looking for a quiet and relaxed environment. We are also open to renting out individual rooms, so please let us know if you would like to discuss that option. Tenants are responsible for utilities. No dogs, please. We may consider one cat with a monthly pet fee.
