Kent Services is looking for a leader with experience in the security field. Do you have experience as a security supervisor or field supervisor? Willing to represent the company in each of your field visits? Do you have a NYS security license active and a valid and clean driver's license? Available to work Monday-Friday from 11a to 7 pm! Responsibilities: Conduct quality site inspections and supervise day-to-day operations at sites. Collection of timesheets and reports as required. Engage, supervise and help train security officers. Will be responsible for coaching, development, and support of security staff. Must maintain a professional attitude with all interactions with clients, employees and security officers. Must maintain company vehicle during your tour and submit daily field and vehicle reports Investigate incidents and/or customer complaints and compile data for accurate reporting.
