





Freelance SDR Profile Scope of Work: The Freelance Sales Development Representative (SDR) will focus on outbound prospecting, lead research, and qualification for Eucloid’s Data & Analytics solutions in the US market. This is a part-time freelance role requiring 2 hours per day (40 hours per month). Daily Responsibilities (3–4 hours/day): • Cold Calling: o Make 30–40 outbound calls per day to target personas (CIO, CTO, CISO, Head of Data/Analytics). • Email Outreach: o Send 5–10 personalized emails per day as part of structured cadences. • Lead Research & List Building: o Actively research, identify, and qualify new prospects and accounts that match Eucloid’s ICP or part of the partner ecosystem. o Use database tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, and industry reports for building self-sourced lead lists. o Maintain balance between working on shared leads provided by Eucloid and newly discovered leads to expand outreach scope. • CRM & Reporting: o Log all calls, emails, and LinkedIn activities in CRM (ZOHO or equivalent) o Submit a weekly activity and results report including new leads sourced, meetings booked, and outcomes. Weekly Deliverables • 150–200 cold calls • 25–50 emails • Expected 10-15 new warm/hot leads per month to be nurtured Compensation Proposal: Hourly Rate (for Intermediate SDR) • Proposed rate for Eucloid: $25/hr Estimated Engagement: • 10 hours per week → $250/week • Monthly (4 weeks) → $1,000 Bonus & Incentive Structure: To reward quality outcomes, the SDR will be eligible for layered incentives. Compensation structure to be discussed during final stage. Terms of Engagement: • Contract Type: Freelance / Independent Contractor. • Location: Remote (US), aligned with US business hours. • Billing & Payment: o Hourly billing + performance bonuses. o Paid in a monthly cycle Sales Cadence: • Weekly Review: Activity metrics (calls, emails, new leads researched, meetings booked). • Monthly Review: Pipeline quality (2nd meetings, conversion contribution). • Scope/hours adjusted based on performance.
