I have a great ground crew, my expertise is in business, marketing, and leadership, and now I'm looking for the most important part: skilled, ambitious climbers to help build this with me. The Initial Gig (Trial Period): To start, I'm looking for climbers I can call on a contract/daily basis, usually with 1-2 days' notice. This gives us both a chance to work together and see if it's a great fit. The Future (The Full-Time Role): My goal is to find the right partner(s) to build this company with. The full-time role will include a great salary, full benefits, and paid time-off. I'm building this with you, not on you.
