OPEN POSITIONS: Average Starting Wage: • Painter $18.00 - $22.00/hour (Up to 48K annually + OT) • Project Managers $20.00 - $28.00/hour (Up to 58K annually + OT) BENEFITS: • Weekly Paycheck/Direct Deposit • Uniforms • Paid Hourly with Overtime over 40 hours • Winter Work (2 week Holiday Shut Down) • Company Work Vans • Major Tools Provided • Immediate paid birthday and paid vacation for tenured employees • 30 Day Compensation Review REQUIREMENTS: • Reliable Transportation • Valid Driver's License • Professional Reference's • Willingness to Learn • Attention to Detail • Hard working/Great attitude • No Fear of Heights Responsibilities and Duties: • You will be trained in two-story interior/exterior residential painting and staining (may need to climb as high as 3-stories), Deck Staining/Sealing, Commercial Painting, Drywall Finishing and Repair, Wallpaper Removal and installation, and Pressure Washing. • Set up jobs, complete prep work spanning from filling nail holes to repairing drywall tape and matching ceiling textures. • Learn how to cut well with a brush, roll proficiently, and spray. For advanced applicants, managing small crews and organizing jobs is plus. We are consistently looking to promote crew leaders from within.
