We’ve been in business for over 45 years, and our process saves customers time and money compared to full replacement. We’re looking for a hands-on, dependable technician to join our team. If you have painting, refinishing, or handyman experience — or just enjoy detailed, high-quality work — we’d like to hear from you. This is steady, year-round work with paid training and room to grow. ⸻ What You’ll Do • Prep and mask surfaces before spraying • Sand, repair, and clean tubs, tile, and countertops • Apply Miracle Method coatings using spray equipment • Ensure safety, ventilation, and clean work areas • Inspect your work for quality before finishing up • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers • Maintain tools, van, and materials in good working order ⸻ What We’re Looking For • Experience in painting, refinishing, auto body, or other hands-on trade (preferred but not required) • Pride in workmanship and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and take initiative • Reliable and punctual with a good attitude • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Physically able to lift and move materials and equipment as needed ⸻ Pay & Benefits • Hourly or commission pay options, based on experience • Paid training — we’ll teach you our proven process • Consistent, full-time work all year round • Opportunities to advance as our company grows • Positive, team-focused environment To Apply Please reply with a résumé or a short description of your hands-on experience.
