Must have a reliable truck (not an SUV or car or minivan, etc......you'll need a RELIABLE TRUCK for this job), basic tool set, and a smart Phone. You'll be working on residential properties in Arcadia, Biltmore, Scottsdale, North Phoenix, and Paradise Valley so it would help if you don't live too far from these areas (I.E., if you live in East Mesa, Avondale, Surprise, Etc. you'll want to find something a bit closer) If you like being outdoors, are open to learning some new things, working by your own clock (as long as the day's work is done by the end of the day), and you are clean cut, this might be the job for you. You'll get some exercise but it's not as demanding as construction or landscaping however, it will be helpful to be in reasonable physical shape.
