Apartment community in Plainfield, CT seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and dependable individual to join our team. Under direction will be responsible for the on-going maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds. This is a part time 20 hour per week position with a pay rate of between $21 and $24 per hour depending upon experience. BROAD SCOPE OF DUTIES: *repairs to appliances and fixtures *patch holes in walls *paint building interiors *clean vacant units and interior spaces *miscellaneous carpentry repairs *change locks *grounds keeping, landscaping and snow removal *participate in the on call emergency schedule.
