About the Role We are seeking a Zscaler ZPA Administrator to support and optimize our secure remote access environment. This role focuses primarily on Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), with additional exposure to ZIA and ZCC. The ideal candidate will be hands-on in troubleshooting, policy management, and participating in architecture discussions to enhance our Zscaler deployment. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) configurations via the administration portal. Troubleshoot user access issues, tunnels, and policy enforcement. Create, adjust, and document access policies and configuration standards. Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to optimize ZPA architecture. Participate in ongoing improvement projects for ZPA and related integrations. Support Zscaler integration with Azure-hosted resources, Private Service Edge, and App Connectors. Escalate and coordinate with Zscaler support or vendors as needed. Qualifications Hands-on experience with Zscaler Private Access (ZPA); familiarity with ZIA and ZCC preferred. Solid understanding of networking, zero trust access models, and cloud connectivity (Azure, AWS). Experience with policy management, troubleshooting, and ZPA portal configuration. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and troubleshooting support. Ability to document processes and share knowledge across teams. Zscaler certifications (ZCCP-PA, ZCCP-IA) or equivalent experience a plus. Preferred Background 3+ years of experience in network security, cloud access, or Zscaler administration. Exposure to hybrid environments and App Connector deployment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
