Lead Technician with 5+ years of experience in the Audio-Video field. Experiences with residential installation & support is preferred. Ideal candidate should be competent with all phases of a typical installation: -Design and layout -Prewire -Trim -Device mounting -Component installation -Interconnect wiring -Device configuration -System programming -Support and troubleshoot Experience with programming (Elan/Nice/RTI) will support higher compensation. Ability to manage and mentor a team is critical. Must be competent managing and scheduling an entire project from beginning to end.
