Bartender - Barcha (San Francisco, CA) Barcha is looking for an experienced Bartender to join our team! We are a vibrant Mediterranean restaurant with a strong cocktail program, and we need a skilled bartender to provide top-tier service to both guests and staff during dinner service. Schedule • AM & PM Shifts available, Monday - Saturday Compensation • $19.18/hour + tips Responsibilities • Prepare and serve craft cocktails, wine, and beer for both bar guests and dining room service • Provide warm, knowledgeable, and engaging hospitality to bar guests • Serve food and beverages at the bar while creating an inviting and dynamic guest experience • Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service • Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and proper stock levels throughout service • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper alcohol handling procedures Requirements • Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar • Strong knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, and wine • Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment • Required Certifications: • Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) • California Food Handler’s Card • Sexual Harassment Prevention Training • Must be a team player with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills Perks • Opportunity to cross-train and pick up serving shifts • Work in a dynamic and professional team environment • Employee discounts and staff meals If you are passionate about hospitality and looking for a place to grow, we’d love to hear from you!
