Solo SE Region CDL A - Automatic 2020 Freightliner 53ft Flatbed (Atlanta)
Looking for a solo CDL A driver that has experience with flatbed load securement. We are based in Lilburn, GA and run Monday-Friday in the Southeast Region, within a 300-mile radius of home base. Our current schedule will have you home every Friday afternoon. You typically run 1-2 loads per day in GA, SC, NC, AL, Southern TN and Northern FL (nothing below Gainesville, FL). 80% of runs are in GA, AL and SC.
The truck is an automatic well-maintained 2020 Freightliner with double-sleeper, 8in thick mattress, cold A/C, microwave, fridge, APU, satellite radio, road-facing camera, headache rack and PrePass Plus.
We are looking for someone that has an active CDL A license for more than 2 years with clean MVR and Clearinghouse (non-negotiables). Prefer flatbed load securement experience using chains/binders. We are NOT looking for anyone that struggles to wake up before 5am, refuses to tarp a load and only works in fair weather. This is a W2 position with direct deposit every Friday.
Starting pay is a guaranteed flat rate of $1,000 per week for the first 2 weeks, plus tarp pay. After initial 2 weeks, pay increases to $1,150 per week with pay increases provided every 6 months. Bonus for passing Level 1 & 2 inspections.
