We have a large basement suite with private bath and separate entrance for short term or long term rental available Nov. 10th earliest. Can be furnished if less than 6 months rental. $1250 all utilities included and internet and parking on carport. And you will share kitchen with us but hard your own large fridge in the basement. Our home was 5 star home on Airbnbbut we decided to take off Airbnb and looking for long term steady tenant so less stress. Our home is clean and zen and stylish because I am an interior decoration and wellness person. You are free to share the nice clean common areas and cute peaceful backyard as well.
