We are Hiring for a Production Line Maintenance Mechanic for a Fruit Flavoring Company in the city of Irwindale, CA and looking for someone that can Perform inspection, troubleshoot and repair operation equipment’s using safe and cost-effective maintenance procedures. Schedule: First Shift & Second Shift Monday to Friday 8am Start 3pm Start JOB DUTIES: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on food production equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and minimal downtime. Troubleshoot and repair boilers, PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and industrial steam cooking equipment. Ensure compliance with Cal OSHA safety regulations, food safety guidelines, and company policies. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system issues. Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory. Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance and efficiency. Conduct equipment inspections, document findings, and recommend improvements. Assist in equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) principles. Test functionality of facility safety systems. - Fabricate new equipment as necessary SKILLS/QUALIFICATION: 5+ years of maintenance experience in the food manufacturing industry, Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or on a team. Strong understanding of Cal OSHA regulations and safety compliance. Experience with HMI, boilers, PLCs, VFDs, and industrial steam cooking equipment (highly preferred). Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and control systems. Basic Description: The Warehouse Associate works on the front lines of our warehouse operation helping to ship, receive, sort, and move inventory for thousands of unique orders per day. Responsibilities include ensuring accuracy in receiving shipments off containers, moving merchandise throughout the warehouse, picking goods to be packed, and packing goods for final shipment to the customer.
