JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Three (3) years of experience in maintenance and repair of commercial restaurant equipment - Experience working on any of the following commercial equipment brands: Pitco, Trane, Frymaster, Delfield, Proluxe, Traulsen, and Starr - Commercial HVAC experience (Certification Preferred) - Comfortable using hand and power tools - Valid Oregon Driver's License and ability to pass motor vehicle report - Technical and mechanical knowledge, with strong problem-solving skills - Can read and follow verbal/written instructions, demonstrating attention to detail - Can work independently and with team using strong communication and interpersonal skills - Commitment to providing excellent service to customers, peers, and leadership - Comfortable lifting up to 50lbs repetitively, using hand and power tools, and climbing ladders, and standing/walking for extended periods of time - Able to take direction from multiple leaders while staying organized, communicative, and solutions-focused. - Skilled in juggling priorities through evaluating urgency and asking for clarification when needed. Fire Extinguisher / Hood System Suppression Technician We are looking to add to our Hood Suppression and Fire Extinguisher team. We provide fire and safety equipment service to commercial businesses in the Puget Sound Region. Responsibilities will include servicing and repair of existing Restaurant Hood Systems and Fire Extinguisher maintenance and certification per requirements. We highly desire you have certifications from hood system training centers or manufacturers certifications. We have most certs and are willing to invest in someone who wants a long term career. Please do not apply if you have no experience in this field of work. Full-time M-F with occasional hours on weekdays and sometimes will require early morning starts. Out-of-town travel is possible on certain occasions.
