Looking for Qualified Tile Setters for a reputable construction company, focusing on consistent work on residential and commercial projects. Tile Setter Responsibilities: Responsibilities involve laying and setting various tiles, measuring and cutting them precisely, preparing surfaces and applying adhesives, grouting and finishing installations, following blueprints, removing old flooring, cleaning and leveling surfaces, and inspecting and repairing tiles. Tile Setter Requirements: Essential requirements include a minimum of 5 years of experience, proficiency with tile installation tools, the ability to read and interpret blueprints, strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent communication skills, and reliable transportation with personal tools. JOB SUMMARY: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing excellent resident service through daily maintenance projects as assigned by the direct supervisor. Punctuality, professionalism, and strong customer-service skills are also needed to support the initiatives of this position. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Maintain supplies, tools and equipment inventory, maintenance and service records, and building specification manuals and blueprints. 8. Perform other duties as assigned. Customer Service/Safety: 1. Respond to all resident maintenance requests in a timely and courteous manner 2. Adhere to safety protocols when completing maintenance tickets to ensure the safety of yourself and residents. 3. Provides timely communication maintenance concerns or trouble tickets with Property Manager Minimum Experience/Training Education: • High School diploma or GED • Valid driver’s license • Must have a reliable vehicle for travel between assigned locations • Two to five years of maintenance experience preferred ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • General maintenance engineer experience. • Reliable Vehicle. • Dependable, on-time, and good time management skills. • Legal to work in the United States. SCHEDULE: This is a full-time position. The schedule will require 40 hours per week, including rotating on-call shifts. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Occasionally requires lifting 50 pounds or less.
