Our work environment includes:     •    Flexibility     •    Lively atmosphere     •    Casual work attire The Opportunity; Mayer/Dagger is seeking a reliable, energetic and experienced Heavy Equipment Diesel Technician. The ideal candidate has hands-on equipment experience and understanding of heavy machinery and electricals. We are looking for someone who is organized, works efficiently, and communicates effectively with the other technicians and the whole team. The Diesel Tech will perform repairs and work on all types of construction and agricultural equipment. Responsibilities include:     •    Complete system diagnostics and full troubleshooting and testing     •    Replace batteries & hoses, and fixing leaks     •    Replace hydraulics systems     •    Engine rebuilding (Not required, but a plus)     •    Painting     •    Maintain an organized and neat shop area Some tools will be provided, but a mechanic with their own tools is preferred. More detailed information will be provided during the interview process.
