Description

Local Residential Research Company seeks quarterly part time employee for field work. Perfect for active retirees or semi retired. Must have reliable transportation, good sense of direction, be able to read maps, GPS and have great attention to detail. Ability to lift 20lbs. There will be about 3 days of paid field training. Part of the responsibilities include driving to each area in route order and making accurate marks on the residential subdivision plat regarding the status of the land, lots or homes. Once the driving is done the plats are put back into alphabetical order. The updated plat markings are now transferred to the tally sheets by hand. Looking for long term person to fill quarterly part time position. Survey is middle to end of March, June, September and December. Location area is Greenville and surrounding towns. Flexible hours. Lots of driving to new housing subdivisions involved. Estimate 35-45 hours per quarter. Starting pay $17 per hour plus mileage.
