We are looking a warehouse associate to join our team. We are located in Elk Grove Village, IL. Must be bilingual. Pay - $20 to start. Our hours of operation are 8:30am to 5pm. Monday through Friday. Must be able to work scheduled hours. Job Description: Warehouse and Operations Associate This position reports to the Warehouse Manager Job Responsibilities Goal: accurate customer orders leave with UPS on time, according to schedule, with appropriate billing; warehouse is always clean and organized according to management plan; accurate inventory is reflected in the AS400 Cherry-picking orders Checking/proofing picked orders for errors Invoice when there is a packing backlog Packing/taping (must be able to handle 35 lbs) Physical inventory once per year alongside entire staff Receiving – check carton numbers against packing list Unpacking during large shipment production deliveries Provide the credit department with invoices to run the cards. Ship customers whose credit cards went thru, void remaining invoices. Ship out orders in a timely manner Local event and tradeshow assistance as directed Stocking supply and restrooms; light cleaning according to schedule When done with shipping for the other day, proactively help other departments perform other tasks Reliable transportation Other tasks as needed such as light cleaning.
