DELIVERY DRIVER compensation: $17/20hr DOE employment type: full-time job title: Parts driver / SHOP HELPER Automotive Machine Shop In this position, you will serve as the delivery driver and shop helper. Additionally, you will be trained on automotive machine shop equipment. All you will need in this position is to be dependable, pleasant, with a team-oriented attitude and a valid driver’s license. The ability to frequently lift and move 50+ lbs. and you will be trained to safely operate a forklift. Applicants should have: * Valid driver's license * Great work ethic * Lift 50# on regular basis * Familiar with automotive industries is helpful. JOB SUMMARY: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing excellent resident service through daily maintenance projects as assigned by the direct supervisor. Punctuality, professionalism, and strong customer-service skills are also needed to support the initiatives of this position. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Maintain supplies, tools and equipment inventory, maintenance and service records, and building specification manuals and blueprints. 8. Perform other duties as assigned. Customer Service/Safety: 1. Respond to all resident maintenance requests in a timely and courteous manner 2. Adhere to safety protocols when completing maintenance tickets to ensure the safety of yourself and residents. 3. Provides timely communication maintenance concerns or trouble tickets with Property Manager Minimum Experience/Training Education: • High School diploma or GED • Valid driver’s license • Must have a reliable vehicle for travel between assigned locations • Two to five years of maintenance experience preferred ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • General maintenance engineer experience. • Reliable Vehicle. • Dependable, on-time, and good time management skills. • Legal to work in the United States. SCHEDULE: This is a full-time position. The schedule will require 40 hours per week, including rotating on-call shifts. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Occasionally requires lifting 50 pounds or less.
