We currently have the following opening: Janitorial / Maintenance Associate Candidate will need to possess the following qualifications: • Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.) • Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities • Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects, able to lift 50+ lbs • Able to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Strong organization skills and positive attitude • Make adjustments and minor repairs • Stock and maintain supply room • Excellent attendance • Follow all health and safety regulations Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Point of contact for all janitorial duties • Knowledge of cleaning chemical, tools and custodial equipment • Maintain a sanitary and tidy working environment both in the lab and office • Adhere to all safety rules and requirements and all policies and procedures • Cooperate with the rest of the staff • Integrity and ability to work independently • High school degree Job type: Full time Pay: $20.00 per hour If you would like to join our team, please submit your application to ScienCell Research Laboratories, 1610 Faraday Ave., Carlsbad, CA 92008.
